If you need our agents to connect to your PC please download and install our remote support tool. Once installed run the DFS Remote Support tool icon on your desktop and it will give you a numeric ID that you will need to give us to connect. Once you give us that ID it will ask you to allow us to connect.
NOTE: Windows may give you a warning about running the file, this is normal as it is our own package. Tell it to run away and then install the tool.
